The Plum in Hagerstown

One of my go to spots when I am home visiting my parents. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Very good, healthy food, large portions, not TOO pricey. Friendly staff, great service. Not fast food, so expect, quality not speed.

Nice breakfast place.

Me and my friends got breakfast sandwiches. No seasoning on the food. And they took forever to make our food. Do not recommend if you are in a rush or if you would like a seasoned sandwich. Although fresh food was made it was still dry and the prices were way to high.

It was a great lunch, Sara & her helper were very busy but still took a few minutes to greet me & my wife.They checked on us several times during our lunch. Food was good.

Great place for hot or cold sandwiches during lunch time. There is a large selection to choose from, so there is a good chance you will find something you like. They are made to order too, so if you don't want a certain item on your sandwich, they will customize it for you.

Love the Tuna Pita, the California, and the Darlah. I could eat here every day. Always fresh ingredients, always super quick & friendly service. I love the historic building location, and how the Plum is tucked into the square of downtown Hagerstown, hidden in plain sight, but oh what a treasure once discovered!!!!

Excellent restaurant, fantastic staff, fun menu!

Came in here for an impromptu bite to eat on NYE. The waitress was nice and prompt, and the food came out quick and good. All the sandwiches were great. I prefer a little more kick in my horseradish, but the sandwich overall was still good. I will 100% be back regularly!

Not very impressed. My sandwich had rotten spinach and avocado that was turning brown. The inside could use a little updating. Not necessarily change the atmosphere, just a little spring cleaning.

Smaller, home town feeling. Very kind staff members. Great for a causal business meeting.

Very neat and welcoming place. They provide large meals and for reasonable rates. We loved the food a lot and the staff members were very friendly and informative. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

This small sandwich shop is a bit hard to find if not familiar with Hagerstown ,once you do except a wonderful and tasty meal

I love the lettuceless salad and my husband always enjoys the tuna pita. The carrot cake was excellent!

Best homemade sandwiches and turkey soup which I add cheddar cheese too. My husband can go in and the owner knows exactly what to get! Which is amazing and just shows you how she pays attention to ever detail and customers that come through her door! Much better than subway but only stay open till late lunch, until the courts close. But beat place to go to for a flavorful amazing meal!!! A must try and you need to try. Everything homemade and not processed meats..

Located down an alley, this place is a gem. Wonderful and creative sandwiches. I will be coming back here for sure.

Hidden gem in Hagerstown. Wonderful food at more than reasonable prices. Staff is always friendly. Our favorite place to eat when in town.

Love their food! I wish they would get better tables and chairs. I love the way the restaurant is laid out. I have NEVER had bad food here! I have been going here for at least 10 years. You have to at least try the chef salad which is massive! Nothing else like it anywhere else. It is easily 2-3 meals in one with lots of meat! I first learned about a california sandwich through them.

The PLUM is an established downtown venue for breakfast and lunch fare. My favorite is their Tuna Pita but the Lettuceless Salad and other unique sandwich selections, coupled with great service, make them a great local choice.

Asked to have the roast beef for breakfast and she was happy to oblige. Very good. Coffee is good too. Nothing over the top, just good food.

Nice people very plain (not at all well seasoned) food but seems to be real whole food. Perfect place for those with high blood pressure and not wanting processed foods. Quaint interior, oddly set up where order, cash out, brought food to the table but order at the counter and cash out as a register in a different room. Maybe should have put the "front" door on back wall?? Odd that's all. But nice employees with nice selection of breakfast and lunch time fare, only open until 2pm.

Delicious! A little pricey for a sandwich but portion sizes are very filling. I got a fajita chicken pita that comes with a side of tortilla chips and salsa and it was excellent! Everything was very fresh.

Homey comfortable coffee and light lunch.
